1) The microscope quickly demonstrated the bottomless, infinite wisdom and complexity which is found in living things. The inner workings of a single cell are much more complex than a whole skyscrpare with all its wiring, Plumbing, elevators, etc. Believers see this as an undeniable indication of God.
2) THe microscope showed another example of irreducible complexity: you can't have DNA, or organelles, without DNA to form it. Believers see this as an indication that God must have started it all.

The microscope itself does not directly prove or disprove the existence of God. It is a scientific tool that allows us to observe and study the intricacies of the natural world. Whether or not one interprets these observations as evidence of a divine creator is a matter of personal belief and faith.
