The Muslim traders went to different parts of the world. Local people noticed that the Muslims were kind, respectful and helpful to them. They were honest and truthful in their dealings. They were not cheaters. Thus the local people were so impressed by the morality and outstanding character of the Muslims that they embraced the Universal teachings of Islam.

Likewise, when the non-Muslim traders met the Muslim traders they also spread the stories of the honest dealings of the Muslims. Thus, in this way the Muslim and non-Muslim traders helped in the spread of Islam.
