It's sorta like doing one of those tavern puzzles. I've done a couple 2000 Silverados but not sure how to explain it. The fuel tank has to come out. I remember unbolting the ABS Module off of the frame but leaving all the brakes lines attached. Then pull the ABS unit away from the frame far enough to sneak the lines behind it. It can be done. I also remember the bracket that is attached to the upper driverside bellhousing bolt was a challenge. Good luck.
