if you have a dual heater control like i do on my 04 tb,i had my driver side adjustment slider lite go out and now that it's cold outside i put the passenger side down to the cold position and the whole system blows cold, even with the driverside on hot. so i took my car to a nearby chevy dealer and showed a mechanic what it was doing. it seems the whole heater a/c module will have to be replaced. they said $350 with labor.i found the part on the web for $144 plus shipping for a a/c delco.$129 plus shipping for aftermarket.and i have to install myself or pay for installation. good luck.
