You must first access the timing belt by removing the drive belts and timing cover. Then put the motor on TDC, lock the cams down, remove the tensioner and then the t-belt. Re-install the new belt, new tensioner, remove the locking pin for the tensioner, unlock the cams, and rotated the engine to ensure everything stays lined up.
