You cannot and such a conversion would make no sense.
However if you just want to create an .iso file containing one .png file, there is probably CD or DVD burning software that will allow you to create an .iso file of the contents you want to "burn" to the CD or DVD and just not perform the physical "burn" but keep the .iso file. But it seems like a big waste of time and space as the .iso file will be many times larger than the original single .png file.
.
Paint. Seriously. Open it in paint and save as png.
extract first then make .iso image
The best way to convert an iso or DVD file to mp4 is to use Aiseesoft DVD Ripper with its fast DVD ripping speed and excellent image and sound quality. find it on aiseesoft.com
Given the right software, you can convert all programs and files inside the computers into ISO files. In order to do this, you would need an ISO converting software.
Get a copy of gBurner from www.gburner.com and convert the file to a stadard .iso file.
.gbi file can be converted to .iso using gburner click copy option in this submenu press convert then set output to .iso and then set the output directory press ok within minutes it will be converted to .iso now write these files using any popular CD writing program like magic iso, roxio or even Nero
You can convert images to text on the newocr website and Google Docs. You simply upload an image file, such as PNG, JPG, and GIF, that you would like to convert.
Those are really two completely different file types. An ISO image is a collection of many files (including EXE files in some cases), basically an archive like RAR or ZIP, but unlike RAR/ZIP it is not compressed. An EXE file is an executable file that just contains code to be ran. If you convert the ISO to an EXE it will not do anything.
You might need to convert PNG to JPG for: Smaller file sizes, suitable for web and storage. Improved web performance and compatibility. Lower bandwidth usage during online sharing. Cost-effective printing.
Yes, there is a way but you have to have the special software which is called Nero it allows to create DVD disks from ISO images.
Get Paint.NET
PNG is an image file format, such as JPEG or BMP. One of the differences between PNG and JPEG, is that PNG supports transparency.
