easiest way to disconnect is to remove airbag fuse from vehicle.
why you need to disconnect to remove a radiator is beyond me, the radiator has nothing to do with the airbags
Caution:On models equipped with Delco-Loc 2 or Theftlock audio systems make sure you have activation code * Disconnect the negative battery cable * Drain the cooling system * Disable the airbag system.Disconnect the forward discriminating sensor harness from the front fenderwell. It may be necessary to remove the hood latch mechanism in conjunction with the airbag sensor and secure them together and out of the way during the radiator removal * Remove the cooling fan assembly * Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses from the radiator then disconnect the coolant recovery hoses at the radiator neck * Remove the automatic transaxle cooler lines if equipped from the left tank of the radiator * Remove the hood latch support from the upper tie bar on the front of the engine compartment * Remove the right and left headlight assemblies from the vehicle * Remove the condensar mounting bolts from the radiator assembly * Remove the tie bar (crossbeam) from the engine compartment * The radiator can be removed from the top with some wiggling to clear various components
Disconnect the battery. It cannot blow without the battery. Same when putting it back. Make the electrical connections and install the airbag then reconnect the battery.
To change the radiator in your Toyota van, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator and then disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses. Remove any mounting bolts or brackets securing the radiator, lift it out, and install the new radiator by reversing the process. Finally, refill the cooling system with the appropriate coolant and check for leaks.
drain the radiator, disconnect the radiator hose from the water pump. disconnect the water pump. lay down the seal connect the new water pump. connect the hose back to the radiator. its pretty easy
Drain the old one, disconnect the transmission lines, undo the radiator hoses and bolts holding it in an pull it straight up.
not to bad to change. Drain radiator, remove both radiator hoses, overflow jug disconnect cooling fan canon plug. leave fan on radiator. I think there is 4 bolts that hold radiator in, remove and remove radiator.
To change the radiator on a 51 plate Astra with air conditioning, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant from the radiator, then remove the bumper and any necessary panels for access. Detach the hoses connected to the radiator, disconnect the condenser if required, and unbolt the radiator from its mounting. Install the new radiator by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure, and refill the coolant system before testing for leaks.
To change the radiator in a 2003 Mazda MPV, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator. Next, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, along with any electrical connectors or mounting brackets. Finally, remove the old radiator and install the new one, reconnect the hoses and electrical components, and refill the cooling system with the appropriate coolant.
To change the radiator on a Mercedes-Benz E250, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug or lower hose, then disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, and any electrical connectors or mounting bolts securing the radiator. Remove the old radiator and install the new one by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure and refilling the coolant before reconnecting the battery. Always check for leaks after starting the engine.
Drain the radiator. Disconnect the top radiator hose at the engine. Remove the hose inlet, which hoses the thermostat. Remove the thermostat, replace it then reverse the process to finish the job.
To change the radiator on a Fiat Seicento, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug or lower radiator hose, then detach the radiator by unscrewing the mounting bolts and disconnecting the hoses and fan. Install the new radiator by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure, and refill the coolant before running the engine to check for leaks.
hey 1st drain the drain plug near bottom of radiator or remove lower radiator hose which to will drain coolant also, then remove upper hose , then remove fan shroud then remove bolts disconnect transmission cooler lines ,last carefully remove radiator
