If NONE of them come on, it COULD be that they are all burned out, but more likely it is the switch. The thumb-wheel dimmer is notorious in those vehicles. They're relatively cheap from the dealer (compared to OTHER parts that you have to buy from a dealer).
Make sure the bulbs are good. If they're ok, it's most likely the switch.
