it can be alot of things. Anywhere from being the subwoofer its self, radio unit, navigation, or the main problem resides in the amplifier. But since all of those things are expensive get the car diagnosed first to find out what is causing the issue. Had the same problem and still have problems after replacing a few things. good luck
