An eviction is an eviction, even if it was family that evicted you. Your mom had to go through a legal process to have you removed from the premises and so it is stated as suck on a permanent legal record. So how do I get it off?
Sue the company for illegal eviction. It doesnt matter that the property was forclosed upon or not, they HAVE to go through the eviction process to remove all tenants from a unit, PERIOD. So, you could sue them for damages, like moving expenses, or if you had to take an apartment that you normally would not have, but since you were litterally thrown out you took the first one available, or if you could not find an apartment on such short notice and were forced to live in a hotel or temporary housing, THOSE are all damages that would be included and any other damages you incurred due to their illegal eviction. Good luck.
If by "summons" you mean "eviction notice" ... yes. They're usually worded in such a way as to specifically name the people the owner believes are living there, but to also include any unnamed residents. Even if not, you don't get a free pass just because the owner doesn't know you're there.
Certainly. If you are being evicted, you had to have breached the lease from the beginning. But be aware, many of the aspects of the lease you are still held to, like damage repair or other things that are within the lease. It doesnt remove the laws and requirements of your obligations as agreed upon within the lease. It just means you tenancy is comming to an end here shortly.

Yes. Hit it and run.
Normally, it is a 30 day notice, but some states are beginning to shorten that time. Florida has to give 14 days notice. But 4? That doesnt sound anywhere right. So, contact your local attorney general to find out what is the time allowed for eviction notices for your state, which I KNOW you are going to find it NOT 4 days, so if they actually throw you out within this four days, you can sue for illegal eviction and possibly receive damages.
The answer to what album is only hope in by Mandy Moore is that it doesnt have an album because it was never recorded on one of her cds and that is the perfect answer level 4
