How do I get over a girl if I have liked her for eight and a half years-I am 13 and she is 12-also she is my best friends sister-when ever I try to get over her I like her more and more?

Well, this is a tough one. If you have liked her for so long, then just ease into letting her know. Be friendly and charming and once you get very comfortable with that, ask her out. Chances are by then, she will like you to. If she doesn't, then find someone else to focus on.
