The first thing you'll need to do is implement a virtual machine to represent the console. Then you need to implement a JavaScript interpreter for your machine. The machine itself needn't be overly complex since it only needs to cater for JavaScript input, thus you could effectively combine the two. However, it's better to keep the interpreter separate. In that way you can evolve your machine to cater for other languages and programming scripts simply by adding new interpreters.
It has to be done with Javascript. Though you could do something like this:
jQuery is like an advanced JavaScript code. jQuery is a JavaScript code library that gives you more features with less code that what Javascript would require. If you understand JavaScript, jQuery wouldn't be much of a change.
You can call the Script like this, <script type="text/javascript" src="perl_script.pl"></script> So you just replace a regular Javascript Call ( .js ) with the .pl Script. Inside the Perl Script you will have to use embraced Javascript Functions / Code, f.e. like print "document.write.('Hello World');";.
JavaScript is an object-oriented language, and like most OO languages, the actions that are performed on an object are referred to as methods. In JavaScript, methods are also sometimes called functions.
You need to put the strings in an array, and then loop through the array to output the strings. Something like this would be a simple example: ---------------- var strings = ["s1","s2","s3"]; for ( var i in strings ) { document.write( strings[i] ); }
im not sure if there is a way to do that but i kno that Nintendo Wii can only display so much until it can not display any more on the page. i do not like the browser that Nintendo put on the wii because its not as good as it could be, but im not sure if there is a way to turn on javascript... im sure there isn't tho

Like other object-oriented languages (JavaScript is technically not 'object-oriented'), JavaScript has objects, those objects have attributes or 'properties' which hold data

Nobody markets JavaScript, it's not a proprietary technology like Java is. In fact, it has no relation to Java. JavaScript is standardized and used by every web browser that supports scripting.
hmm, they stand for the name of a programming language. Javascript isn't really an acronym or anything like that.
JavaScript code looks like this:function sayhi(name) {alert("Hey there, "+name);}sayhi("joe");

Like the source of a script?

Most likely the display is burned out. I had the same thing happen to my 1992 Town & Country. I was able to find a replacement at a salvage for $25. It is very simple to replace. Remove two screw on the front of the OH console, slide the entire console to the rear a few inches and it will release from its bracket. Unplug the lights and the multi-pin connector and remove the OH console. Locate the display module. Remove the 2 screws holding it in place. Remove the ribbon cable connector. Remove the display. Once you have removed the display you can see along the edges of the display a brown discoloration where the display basically burned itself out. Install the replacement display in reverse. Replace any lamps that may be burned out at the same time. TIP: If your console has fabric trim be careful not to stretch or soil or it will show when you re-install. You might want to recover if it is bad. The fabric is not glued it is just stretched over the framework and could be covered with any like fabric. Complete repair should be around 30 minutes for any novice.
HTML can't get the time for you, so the best way to do it is to use Javascript inside your page, like this: <script language="javascript"> <!-- today = new Date(); document.write("<BR>The time now is: ", today.getHours(),":",today.getMinutes()); document.write("<BR>The date is: ", today.getDate(),"/",today.getMonth()+1,"/",today.getYear()); //--> </script> Copy and paste that into your web page code. It will show you the date and time.
