Most likely the display is burned out. I had the same thing happen to my 1992 Town & Country. I was able to find a replacement at a salvage for $25. It is very simple to replace. Remove two screw on the front of the OH console, slide the entire console to the rear a few inches and it will release from its bracket. Unplug the lights and the multi-pin connector and remove the OH console. Locate the display module. Remove the 2 screws holding it in place. Remove the ribbon cable connector. Remove the display. Once you have removed the display you can see along the edges of the display a brown discoloration where the display basically burned itself out. Install the replacement display in reverse. Replace any lamps that may be burned out at the same time. TIP: If your console has fabric trim be careful not to stretch or soil or it will show when you re-install. You might want to recover if it is bad. The fabric is not glued it is just stretched over the framework and could be covered with any like fabric. Complete repair should be around 30 minutes for any novice.
Overhead wires expand slightly in the summer when the temperature is higher, so they become a little longer and hang lower. Clearance height rules must be met at the maximum expected temperature.

Which would last longer actually depends on the temperature of the system (surrounding) they are exposed to. The temperature is more the ice will melt faster ut on the other end the water will last longer as it has the boiling point of 100 degree celcius so even if the surrounding temperature is more the water will last longer.

The lower temperature slows down the inevitable breakdown of the food by microbial activity. At a lower temperature, the bacteria, etc. are still working to spoil the food, it simply takes longer because they multiply slower in the cold.
Soda pop will stay colder longer in a glass bottle, provided that the pop was in the glass bottle when it was in the refrigerator. Glass retains temperature longer than plastic. This means that a plastic bottle will reach room temperature before a glass bottle at the same temperature. Since the pop is surrounded by the bottle, the temperature of the bottle effects the temperature of the pop more than anything else.
