Have her take back her maiden name you take your fathers name go to a state that doesn't do blood tests and get married. Nobody checks from state to state and most states do not require a birth certificate to get married mainly because no one cares if relatives get married they just want to discourage it. If you really want to marry each other you can. In Alabama for instance marrying under false pretenses doesn't necessarily invalidate the marriage. If you are going to get married it helps if you get her pregnant they are less likely to dis banned a marriage where there is healthy issue. But what ever you do make sure you treat each other with respect and that you are both adults. There are no Federal Laws concerning marriage or incest so the IRS shouldn't care as long as you file properly.
