Hold down any application on the screen.
Wait 2-5 secs till they start shaking.
Go to the app you want to delete.
Press the X located near its corner.
Now go to the App Store and find the application again and install it
NOTE: Occasionally the App Store won't know if you uninstalled the product to fix this simply restart your iPod.
