1. Download and run firefox to protect your computer from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ).Browser attacks aren't easy to spot because they piggyback on legitimate traffic that doesn't exhibit many obvious warning signs . 2. Run the vundo and combo fix 3. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

4. Run the anti spyware remove programs spybot

5. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!

Removing Trojan DialerI'm using Windows 98 SE I got that Dialer.10.AJ a day or two ago.I ran AVG but it did not show up at that time until I booted up into Safe Mode and RUN AVG again - this time Dialer.10.AJ appeared in two places:- c:\windows\system folder and c:\windows\tempory Internet Files folder. Also appeared Clicker.AJ, another Trojan. In all cases AVG could not "Heal" the viruses but put them into the Virus Vault out of harm's way.I'm now waiting until AVG catches up and is able to remove the viruses completely, then will restore the viruses from the vault and IMMEDIATELY run the reinforced AVG.Note, if you are running Win2000 or WinXP, then it will be necessary to turn off System Restore before running your Virus program.Don't forget to turn it back on after you have finished with the removal/vaulting!You need to run these 5 essential steps to remove all the spyware on your computer.1. Run Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)2. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware3. Run the anti spyware removal programs spybot4 Run Superantispyware5. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!Install threat fire which will enhance your antivirus protectionYou can get rid of this virus by following these steps .1 Download and intall the Malwarebytes on your computer .2 Update your Malwarebytes .3 Scan your computer for all the malwares in your computer .4 Remove all the malwares , found while scanning with the malwarebytes .5 Restart your computer .

I had this problem - see previous posting on 00688 Tuvalu. On a ME/Pentium II system, repeated sweeping with AVG, Adaware 6, Spy-Bot Search and Destroy, Trojan Hunter etc., seems to have removed the problem, butsince I didn't know what villain I was actually looking for, I can't tell you which one was successful. Remember - if you are running a multi-user system using Windows Family Log-In, you probably need to sweep from each user's log-in, as some of these things may be registry entries associated with the current user. Something I forgot in my previous response - make sure you turn System Restore OFF before you start sweeping - nasty pests can lurk in the back-up files and re-appear. You can completely remove Trojan dialer proxy7br from system Win ME , by following these steps . 1 Download and intall the Malwarebytes on your computer . 2 Update your Malwarebytes . 3 Scan your computer for all the malwares in your computer . 4 Remove all the malwares , found while scanning with the malwarebytes . 5 Restart your computer .

AVG isn't pretending to remove it but it detect that everytime you restart you system or turn it off that the Trojan comes back. Which means while you system is still on the Trojan is gone. After AVG have said that is is removed. The only way to get rid of this is to download windows live onecare from this link http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/3/communications/trytoday.htm Try this and I can ensure this will work. Turn off System Restore, restart the computer, update and run AVG, and remove the offending file. Restart the computer and then go to System Restore and create a Restore point. Restart the computer.

If it is quarantined, it won't affect your system. I still suggest you try another free AV like avast or buy one that will remove it just to make sure someone does not have access to your personal files.

To get rid of that Trojan file turn off System Restore and restart your computer then run another virus scan and it should come up clean. AV programs can't remove virus/virus infected files from System Restore. Don't forget to turn on System Restore again after you do the above. To disable Windows XP System Restore right click on My Computer, click on the System Restore tab and select Turn Off System Restore. Don't forget to turn it back on after doing the above.

When W.Defender. rebooted the system to complete the cleaning, it had to Kill sprt.cmd. Other files related to this Trojan are ...system32\__c00978c2.dat or similar names. I think that some more info is needed like what operating system you use, have you tried to do it from a bootscan, what virus detection system do you have before this can be answered.
