There are three bolts holding the power steering pump bracket in place. They all three must be loosened(not removed). Two go into the front of the engine block. You will need a socket with an extension to reach them. The third is on the bottom of the a/c bracket. Can be a little bit tough especially if your car has headers. Loosen the bolts and push the pump towards the passenger side. It should slide enough to take off the belt and replace. Then reverse the procedure with one exception. Tighten the middle bolt last. It pulls a little extra tension on the bracket and helps tighten the belt a little bit more.
