You can create a new Outlook profile by following these steps:
- Start
- Control Panel (make sure you're in "All control panel items", or Classic View depending on your OS)
- Show Profiles
- Add (and then put in all relevant details when prompted)
- After returning to the mail window, make sure Always use this profile on startup is selected and then choose the new profile you created in the drop down menu.
- Click Apply

- Press Window key + R (combine) >> type control panel without quotes in run dialog box and press OK button.
- Click on Mail button.
- A Mail Setup-Outlook dialog box will appear, click on Show Profile button to add or delete mail profile.
