It's not easy but not hard either. Basically you look at the wall and foundation construction on the side of the house and you have build another one just like it out 20 feet for the addition. All you will do is duplicate what is in your attic and the foundation. The garage door opening will need special support. lol

The water pressure when one turns on the hot water is lacking because the water is coming from one's water heater, which is at the same level as the faucet, whereas the pressure from the cold valve is coming directly from one's town's water tower, which is at a much greater elevation. Also, the water heater tank is only a few feet high, whereas the water holding cell in a water tower is several feet high. The potential energy of the water tower far exceeds that of one's hot water heater, thus the cold water flows out of the faucet with much more pressure.
Probably because it flows through several feet of uninsulated metal pipe to get from the water heater to the faucet. After you're done using hot water and you shut the faucet, all the hot water in that pipe cools quickly, and then, next time you want some hot water, you have to wait for all of that water in the pipe to come through the faucet, before any hot water from the heater reaches you. The cure: Get some foam pipe wrap from any home-improvement store and wrap it around the hot-water pipes. Then when the pipe is full of hot water, it'll take longer for that water to cool off.
$80 for installing a faucet(I bought the new one). $180 to install a water filter (I paid for the new one) and replace plastic pipes to compressor in kitchen(the contractor bought the pipes, a few feet).
