you could write it down on a note, or email or something, or tell the person face to face, or tell your doctor.

I told my family face-to-face. It takes a lot of courage but you just need to take a deep breath, close your eyes, and just blurt it all out. It really does help.

How do i fake happiness I don't want to let my family im depressed and suicidal?

Happiness is an emotion, depression shows your sadness. It is impossible to hide. If you are feeling depressed you need to let someone know. When talking to someone give them the reasons why you feel depressed or you will never get the full purpose of talking to the person. Make sure it is someone that you can talk to without leaving any details. If you are having thoughts about suicide remember this. Someone out there loves or will love you. Every soul is precious. Yes that means you.

What would you do if someone you really care about is on the edge of suicide and really depressed everyday and that you can't cope and that you can't do anything for them and just message them?

You really need to get them some professional help. Trained psychotherapists have the experience to help bring your friend back from 'the edge'. You can contact any hospital, and speak to someone, who will arrange for a psychiatrist to visit your friend, and give them the help they need. In the meantime - just be there for them if they need you.

How do you help someone who is depressed get help when they are trying to work it out for themselves but it isn't working?

There isn't much you can do other than encourage them, be there for them when you can, and let them realize that you are their friend unconditionally, and as such you need to encourage them to seek medical help. There are doctors who can determine exactly what the problem is.

How can you get over feeling depressed?

well.. if you mean just generally feeling down and depressed then i would suggest doing something that you enjoy or having a really good cry. but if you have depression then you must seek proffessional help.. i would suggest informing your doctor/gp if you have any symptoms of depression (look them up on Google) and then maybe your doctor/gp could prescrbe you some anti-depressants to lift your mood but then you will need to get a therapist because depression doesnt go away on its own or just with medication.. you need professional help hope i helped! :) x

what do you do when someone is hurting them self?

You help them. if they are insane then they probably have health issues and they need help badly. if they are just complete idiots then they probably are wishing they were dead and feeling sorry for themselves

Why r you do this to me?

It sounds like you're feeling hurt or confused about someone's actions. It's important to communicate openly about how you're feeling and seek to understand their perspective. Clear dialogue can often help resolve misunderstandings and strengthen relationships. If you need support, consider talking to someone you trust about the situation.
