On the Hopper press Menu, then select Settings. Then select DVR Defaults on the settings screen. You will see the Prime Time Any Time logo, you will want to select that next. This will take you to the screen where you can enable or disable PTAT. Keep in mind that PTAT must be disabled or enabled 15 minutes prior to the Prime Time recordings starting or the changes will not take effect until the following day.

An easy way to prime them is, after the fuel pump and filter are replaced, turn the ignition to on. DON'T CRANK THE ENGINE! When you turn car on, you should hear the pump.
