In Pakistan most of the women wear shalvar kameez. However, they also wear lenga, sari, chori pajama and etc. The men wear boys shalvar kameez but they also wear kurtha kameez and sharwani.

The traditional Muslim dress is the most common type of clothing worn by women, like the shalwar kamez, its basically loose pants and a long shirt with the addition of hijabs, chadars or burqas. But in larger city's such as Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore western clothing is becoming increasingly common.
