Just the way anybody treat himself/herself. Earth as a whole irrespective of our individual differences is our home and thus our individual difference should remain at their places while we all collectively support and work for more improvement for the Earth.

Buddhists believe that all life is sacred, including that of plants, animals, and other things in nature. With this mindset, it is safe to assume that they are against any type of pollution, be it from chemicals, raditation, or human carelessness. They believe that the environment should be respected because it promotes so much life for the wildlife that flourishes there.

Do Sikh believe in evolution?

Sikhs believe that God created the whole universe. Earth while being in the universe is a creation of God and all the life on earth is a creation of God. It does not matter to a Sikh whether earth was created in seven days or it evolved in 4 billion years. If the earth was created then God created the earth and if the earth was evolved then God created the evolution of the earth. In addition, Guru Granth Sahib (The Holy Scripture of Sikhs) states remarkable information about the universe, galaxies, stars, planets and the moons. None of the information written in the scripture contradicts with the scientific facts. Furthermore, nothing in Guru Granth Sahib can be disproved with the help of science. However, scientific facts support the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib.

What is the significance of a Sikhs mans beard?

Sikhism is a religion which was started to give the world a new enlightenment by redefining the things they are look upon. Religion says not to believe in false beliefs and ritvals which are just waste of time, money and lead us no where It says to believe in One GOD , the creater of Universe. The significance of beards in Sikhism is that a person should live in most natural form ,the way he / she was made by God. So beard being a natural part of a man's appearnace on earth (like other animals, birds etc males have such hairs), Sikhs were baptised to keep them and be pure in their appearance and from their heart also. This way , hs/she would be more close to God and a good human on earth. IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH POPULARITY, IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN EVEN NON-SIKHS WOULD START KEEPING THE BEARD AS IT GIVES THEM POPULARITY.
