You should be able to locate how to do this in the owners guide. In my 96 you press and hold one of the radio buttons and use the station buttons to set the time.

That information should be in the owners manual. Unfortunately, there are so many different radios and so many different ways of setting them that it is almost impossible to remember each one. For many radios, just turn off the radio, press set then up/down on the station select or volume or some other button to change the clock time. But I can't tell you for certain how to set the radio on a honda.
