Using the scan button while pressing the #7 and #8 station preset buttons. I believe the radio needs to be turned off. There ar no #7 and #8 preset buttons, only up to #6. Use the radio preset station buttons, look under the last few numbers, you'll see a small black H for hours, a small black M for Minutes. The clock button is up above or right next to them depending on the model.
