How abusive women can treat their husbands:
Verbal Abuse: (most popular)
NOTE: There is a gray area with verbal abuse. Example: If the husband continually ignores her when she asks him to fix something around the house; never takes her anywhere; does not help her raise the children, etc., then there is bound to be some nagging by the wife and this does not constitute verbal abuse.
Physical Abuse:
Note: A physical abuser whether female or male with often segregate the victim from his/her family and friends. They keep their victim close to them and demand that all attention is on them and the victim must do as they want and not what the victim wants. This is a web of deceit so the abuser has total control over their victim in order to physically abuse them.
Using their children:
I've seen women use their children as tools to manipulate and control the husband. Such as telling them if they don't do certain things or if they do certain things that the wife doesn't want (I mean extreme controlling type behavior) that they will leave with the children.

They're afraid of what they're husbands/boyfriends will do to them or their friends/family if they leave.
In my experience an abusive woman will increase the level of abuse in the relationship as long as the submissive husband tolerates it or allows it to go on. In my own case, I was conditioned to fear my wife and to accept all punishments. An abuser requires a spouse who is weak and submissive and takes the abuse.
A seek shelter could be a place where abused women seek shelter away from their abusive husbands/boyfriends.
Nice and good because they husbands give them lot of money plus their father
Honestly, police officer boyfriends and husbands are not abusive. They are out in the streets fighting crime all day, so when they get home they are tired.

Lousy husbands treat their wives like crap because they are cowards.
Keep them away from the father and make an agreement with him not to be verbally abusive to your children
husbands' ex: All of the women have their husbands' money.
Skin colour has no generalize bearing on the way men treat women or women treat men. Unfortunately there are men and women that are abusive to others and that is due to their own personal reasons, ignorance, instilled beliefs/learned behaviours or even due to mental illnesses/addiction.
You should basicly call the police, they will probobly help by calling the doctor to find out if there is anything making your husbands behaivour.
If a man is abusing his girlfriend and or wife, then he will more than likely be abusive to all women. It is a mind frame, women to him = abuse. This is not true in all cases but in most of them.
