this usally does not happen for any boys it can be a rare dieases called klindfelters syndrom where a male or a female has both traits make sure to contact a doctor to know for sure. luky i did this for a project

∙ 14y agoBoys can have intented nipples for no apparent reason. One of my friends has a few dozen posters of topless male actors and male models, some of them have indented nipples and the others have 'sticky-outie' nipples, it really doesn't mean anything.

∙ 13y agoBoys get nipples the same way girls do. They are born with them. The only difference is that during puberty a woman's combination of hormones turns hers on so they start to grow.
And since they are basically the same men who have hormonal problems can develop breasts. This is called gynecomastia. Also, teenage boys going through puberty can have wide hormonal swings and temporarily develop small breasts, and this is considered normal.
