The transmission could have a bad seal or have too much internal pressure causing the fluid to come from the 93 Suburban vent hole. The Fluid is probably leaking slowly, and that is why the level still shows normal.

the vacuum modulator can be bad. With the engine OFF, remove the vacuum line at the modulator. If fluid runs out, there's your problem.

Depending on the amount of miles and is it leaking any type of oil from it if it is leaking fluid it should be replaced most aftermarket places recommend replacement at about 20k
