Wild and pet rabbits clean themselves and each other just like cats do: with their tongues.
Pet rabbits do require grooming, but not cleaning. If you have a pet bunny, you should brush the fur when he or she is moulting, and you should clip the nails regularly. You should also examine the rabbit for anything unusual, or any signs of illness or injury.
Dirtiness in a pet rabbit is a sign of illness. If your bunny needs cleaning, you should bring him or her to the vet so that you can find out what's wrong, and help her get better. Otherwise, she will only get dirty again (and, of course, sicker).
You have to be very careful when you clean a bunny. You can't just give the rabbit a bath: this is stressful for the rabbit, and very dangerous. See the related question below for details and links.
No! Because hamsters and bunnies don't know how to clean and take care of themselves like we do.

It COULD be too hot. It will depend on the size of the lamp, how far away from the bunnies, and the temperature of the place where you have the bunny box. Except for extreme cold, bunnies usually do well with a nesting box with lots of good clean bedding for them to snuggle down into.
because it was only bunnies that were cleaning up it took 24 years
