a company helps the society in many ways such as:

1) Reduction on the level of unemployment - a company will employ people from the society for its business operations and as such will be helping the society by reducing the number of people that are not employed.

2) Reduce social conflicts - by employing different people from different ethnicity in their company, companies play the role of reducing social conflict as the workforce will be trained to live and survive together and these employees will communicate the same message in the society.

3) Promote tourism - companies also play the role of promotion tourism in the society they exist in. for instance, companies such as Walt Disney and microsoft are the reason why people visit the USA. because these companies are not in their country, they visit the USA to see what these companies do and how they do it.

4) Help in educating the society - companies also train their staffs on new skills and as such, these staffs can train their fellow citizens in the society on the same skill after successfully acquiring it. thus, the company play a big role in educating the society.

5) reduce theft and corruption - because companies provide job for more people, less of these employed people will be willing to put their hand in bad stuffs as they already have a paying job. on the other hand, companies have guiding rules to regulate how business are conducted and as such they help in reducing corruption through business regulation.

wow, the benefits of a company to a society are unlimited because the society depend on the company to survive. for instance, companies produce the food, water, cooking materials, building houses and roads, protect the society, supply electrical etc...
