Ultrasonic waves are high frequency sonic waves. They're sound, which is mechanical energy. Electromagnetic waves are waves of electromagnetic energy, like radio waves or light. Any good conductor reflects lower frequency electromagnetic waves up through the microwave bands, polished surfaces (these do not have to be conductors) reflect electromagnetic waves in the IR/visible/UV frequency range, almost nothing reflects (except at very very shallow angles) x-ray/gamma ray electromagnetic waves.

No direct relation; electromagnetic waves are transmitted by photons. However, electromagnetic waves are often caused by the acceleration of electric charges, and those charges are usually electrons. Also, electromagnetic waves are emitted and absorbed when an electron (in an atom) changes to another energy level.
