How do fat metabolizers work?
They claim to be something to do with "thermogenic" effect.
But in my experience they didnt do much if anything at all. I took Lipo60 for about 6 weeks and lost about 3kg, but that was because I was also doing about 1hr 5 days a week of cardio and controlling my calorie intake. Eating bran cereal for Breakfast, about 3-4 apples for lunch, a nibble of a few peanuts/soynuts/wasabi peas, and a dinner that was half the normal size (portion control).
As a food supplement take 3 capsules with a meal a day. As a food supplement take 3 capsules with a meal a day.

Liposuction can remove fat from a desired area. You can also get fat injections elsewhere on your body.

you are not over weight, but if you have flab(large amounts of fat) then u are fat sorry. but work out
I have never been able to figure out why people believe in "fat burning" creams. They are applied on the outside of the body; the fat is on the inside. No, there are no fat burning creams that "actually work."
