While all this is true below there are many people who do have unwanted PS2s and you can try asking for one on Craigslist or similar locations. There are 150 million PS2 out there and a number of them are no longer even played. Still it is much easier to get one cheap than free

The ways to get free games or movies on a Sony PSP are illegal. So you can get a fine / prison sentence for doing this, supported by national or international copyright laws.
Sweepstakes, Freecycle.com, or you could win the lottery and use your money towards the PSP Go. Either way, you have a very, very slim chance of getting it.
yes you can it is possible just go on the store and type in games for free it should pop up in a box on the right side of the screen
To start off with, SONY is discontinuing the psp go sales to concentrate on the new ps vita. It is going to continue in North America though. The reason why it is discontinued is becuase it was a failure. Sony was offering 10 free games for the psp go in UK, while they were offering 3 free games with the psp go in USA. Recently, the PSN store was hacked, and they offered 2 free psp games. But in general, psp go games are not free. You can get free demos of games, but nothing more.
I very much doubt that would give you a PSP Slim Elite for free. They would only replace the PSP you sent to them.

Rumors are that PSP Go production has been halted. The rumor appears true because PSP Go is no longer available for sale from Sony Stores and Sites
No, why would they? They're a business, not a charity.
The official Playstation website has free downloads for customers. Sony Pictures, PSP Connect, WorldView, and Atom Films also have downloadable content for a PSP.
You could try to win one in a competition, perhaps.
