This depends on what kind of crackers you are referring to, as well as on how the crackers are crushed (i.e. coarse versus fine crumbs).
According to Cook's Thesaurus http://www.foodsubs.com/Crumbs.html 14 graham crackers = 1 Cup crumbs so, 12 graham crackers = 3/4 C + 1 Tbs (approximately)
