If it is one of the bolts on the back of the knuckle holding the bearing assembly to it, there should be enough room for you to get a chisel on it and you can cut the bolt out with that. It's rather time consuming, but it can be done. If you get some cut-off wheels that are small enough and a die grinder, you could use that in the place of a chisel. Just be cautious not to damage the knuckle or strut, and I can't stress this enough since my experience with a grinder, cut-off wheel, and a finger, keep your fingers back. Aside from that, there's really not a lot you can do. Either way, you could be looking at having to cut that bolt head off and knock the bearing assembly out of the knuckle.
