Begin by loosening your 1991 Chevy Camaro transmission mount bolt. Jack the transmission up a few inches. Remove the transmission mount bolt and the transmission mount bushing. Put the new transmission mount bushing in and reverse the process.
Loosen the rear transmission mount retaining bolt. Jack the transmission up a couple of inches. Remove the retaining bolt and the transmission mount.

no you do not have to remove driver side wheel and there is 3 bolt that hold it to the transmission and one bolt threw the center. the 3 bolt should be 15mm head and the one that in center the nut is 15mm and the bolt 17mm
