First check the fuses, little panel on the driver's side if both windows don't work. If just one doesn't work try changing out the switch first they are interchangeable. If that doesn't do it just listen to hear if the motor makes a noise when hitting the switch, if you hear nothing, probably motor is toast.
it is possible on the 1995 Ford Explorer that a burned out fuse will cause the power windows to stop working. Check the power window relay in the engine compartment relay bank near the battery or the power window fuse in the fuse panel on the driver's side of the interior.
where is the relay switch located on 1995 town car for power windows
Electrical, check the fuse box.
Yes, the repair procedure for power windows on Chevy pickups from 1995 to 2001 is the same.
Check your local auto salvage yard (junk yard).
Check the fuse. If OK and they don't work or work slow then either a bad switch or bad motor.
You can get the wiring diagram for a 1995 Lincoln JBL radio at auto part stores. You can also check in the owner's manual.
sometimes the window switches are bad and burnt and then finally the motor but first check the power at the switches.

not sure what youre asking on this on, please be more specific, thx.
First thing to check is the reseting breaker relay in the fusebox. Then check the window motor and regulator system. Hayes manual covers this part pretty well. Kinda need to be more specific as to what the problem is.
