Go Parents! ***WAIT*** an r4 ds is not illegal (do a bit of proper research) only illegal when you download the games free. You can put things on the r4 from your computer by putting your own self-bought games on and even music but the free downloading is the only bit that is illegal. Duh. Whoever wrote the first "answer" must be really strange. No offence. All it takes is research. And going to Hong Kong. And asking. Obvs. Ps dont use the internet when looking up r4's. Just a waste of time
