There aren't any switches to check/replace i.e. wiper switch, wiper relay therefore it must be a bad motor.
There could be a bad or melted electric connection on the wiper switch connector.
From my experience Toyota oil filter works great.
the resistor for the blower motor is busted blower works on high with out it
Just buy it from one of Toyota dealers. It's cheap and works just great.
If the heat only works when you hit the gas then you either need to add antifreeze or replace you thermostat and radiator cap. My family and I have had plenty of Camry's since our original 1986 Camry. Since the early 90's they all used the same radiator cap, all of which we've replaced at one time or another. Give those simple things a shot first.
Toyota 4-cylinders. That's the number I use for my '02 Camry & '04 Rav 4.
Most wrecking yards would have this information. So should the business you're buying it from. If it's an individual, I would need proof the 93 tranny works, if it fits.
use Dextron 11 or 111 transmission fluid. it works well in power streering
Please take a look at this link. I had the same problem and wondered how to open the door panel. http://en.allexperts.com/q/Toyota-Repair-832/Toyota-Camry-Power-Window.htm
This is how to reset "Maintenance Required" light on Toyota Camry with "Smart Key" feature. This works on 2007 and newer Camry models, including the Camry Hybrid. Put the odometer on "Trip A." Turn off the car, hold down the odometer button and, without putting foot on the brake, push "Start" button twice (while continuing to hold down the odometer button). Watch the display . . . it will speak for itself.

check your blower fan. you may only be getting air thru your fresh air vent.
