The best Layout site IMO, is http://www.profilerehab.com to get layouts. They are really unique and their site is the only layout site without those annoying pop-ups.
Pyzam.com has good ones but there is also pimpmyprofile.-but you have to go through 100's of bad layouts.
www.hotfreelayouts.com- Same problem as above. Too many crap layouts to look through. They have 1000's and it takes forever to find a good one.
www.whateverlife.com-has some cute ones, but there are a lot of bad ones and its really geared towards 12 year old girls.
www.twistedd.com www.static-layouts.com -Search Google for "Myspace Layouts" or if there's a certain cagetogory you want, search for example "Dolphin Myspace Layouts" :]
