1. make sure gas and oil has both

2. no choke

3. pull throttle all way and run starter 2-3 secs

4. try to start IF still battery seems up to near full charge... NO TOUCHING/SQUEEZING THE THROTTLE! SMALL SQUIRT IF NOTHING STILL ON THROTTLE!...

5. if no start still... check 4 water in combustion chamber... pull a spark plug... wet? if yes... dry both carefully, make sure gap .28

6. if above run starter without plugs in few secs (no throttle) reinstall dry spark plugs/wires in CORRECT cylinders...

7. try again start w/o much choke.

8. still wont start..? check ignition fuse under battery inside hood (unscrew access port, pull fuse housing) wiggle fuse protective link (rubber) apart... should be an "extra" attached on same. replace if "blown"
