If you have given him the ultimatum--come back to the marital home or you'll file for divorce---and he still refuses, there's nothing you can or should do to save the marriage.
This is the time for you to go into protective mode, for yourself and for your children (if any). You need to get the upper hand in the legal situation. Get your finances in order and find the best divorce lawyer that you can. Take your husband financially for all that he is worth, get the maximum amount of child support that you can, and make your former spouse work his butt off to pay support to his former family. Be sure to get out with friends and family, date but don't complain about your ex; simply make it clear you are far happier now that you are out of your marriage.
Let this woman have your spouse--there most likely won't be a happily ever after in the picture. If your ex has to scrape by financially after the divorce, he and this woman will be stressed and arguing about money issues in no time.
In the long run, financial matters aside, you will have rid yourself of this man and will have an opportunity to have a better life. If you build a new life, in time you will become indifferent to your ex, and the best revenge is living well.

work it out.And if he says No0o find someone else its gonna be hard but you have to do whats best for you.And if he says Yes take things you dont want the same sitution to occure again.

If you feel you can talk to your ex husband then plan to meet him at a nice cafe or restaurant and discuss your relationship once again and see if he is willing to try to make your marriage work. If he feels he does not want to continue on with the relationship between you then you will have no option, but to move on as painful as it may be. If you are meant to be together you will be and if not, then realize that sometimes people have to go down some bumpy roads in life, but there is that special someone out there for you.
