You go to the far bottom right of the page and you will see the percentage your windows display screen is on. Most people's say 100% click on that and a list will pop up of smaller and bigger percents. Click the smaller percents, it will make the text on your page smaller and you will not have tos scroll.
Assuming you use Windows, there is an option in Windows Control Panel - or faster, right-click on the screen, select Properties. This will affect scroll bars in most programs - all programs that use the standard Windows scrollbars.
