There are 6 coil packs on top of your engine, 3 on each side. They are black square units with one plug going to them, and two bolts holding them down. Remove the bolts and pull the coils out. The spark plugs are underneath. You will need a spark plug socket and an 8 inch extension to get them. Check out dodgeintrepid.net for tons of info on these cars.

I would replace the spark plugs after 50K, the wires and plugs again at 100K.
