There is a spinal condition which can effect the lower curve of the back. The so called "sway back" can effect the gait (your pattern of walking). So can carrying too much weight. Get a check up with your Family Doctor Who will advise and assist if there are muscloskeletal or other health issues. Work on your posture, healthy diet and exercise, and most importantly; do not listen to negative people.
