How do i wash the tar out of heroin?

You put it in a spoon with water and you stir it up, but not too much water so its a thick mixture then you either snort it or pick it up and put it inside your nose. But you don't snort it like coke you leave it on the inside of your nose

This is virtually impossible; unless you know the exact additives used. And even then, it would require some chemistry background to filter and/or extract out the "cutting" agent. While a "cold-water extraction" is usually popular among users of opiate medications that contain acetaminophen, however, this process is so simple because of differing solubility between acetaminophen and opiates (i.e., one is water-soluble, while the other is not; unfortunately this is rarely the case with heroin and the other added substances). So in most cases, such a simple process would not work with extracting & discarding cutting agents, especially because many different additives are used; some may be alcohol soluble, while others may be water soluble. And at that, such additives may not be strongly soluble in the relative solvent and trying to extract them may also extract heroin itself.

So access to lab equipment and knowledge of organic chemistry would be needed, assuming you even know what cutting agents are present. Furthermore, this is especially true if the additives are soluble in the same solvent as heroin is. If this is the case, then one would need to perform actual chemistry recreations which only interact with the desired chemicals (the added-substance or substances), while not reacting with heroin itself. It isn't as easy as using merely using differing solvents (like with a cold water extraction).
