Anarchism is the strong desire to remove the government from power in order to be socially and politically free from the restraints of an organised society.
Individuals are responsible entirely for themselves. There is no governing body with power.

Anarchism is a form of government where those in leadership have little or no power over the general population.
Communism and anarchism have no control over their population, simply because in a communist society (anarchism has the same goal: communist society) there is no state as we know it. On the other hand the governing bodies of this society are the councils of all people in an area, so you could say people have complete control here over themselves. Totalitarianism has a goal of total control but I cannot comment on pluralism.
