basically the way we think is abnormal and cant really be answered. the human body is an extraordinary figure and very complicated. the brain which is set up to think at different times also known as multi-tasking...while one side of your brain reads the what the object is, the other part may tell you what it does or try to figure how it may be used. Most time when you think its to overcome a obstacle no matter how small or big... ex.(where am i going, what should i do next, how will i or what am i doing tomorrow etc.) as we think we fall into a state where our thoughts become our speech. we can use our thoughts to prepare ourselves ahead of time and control what we do next. this would be the obstacle. as i am using my thought to write this answer because the obstacle for you is how do people think.
