What will happen if all blood platelets removed from blood?
Whenever a blood vessel is injured, platelets accumulate at the site of injury and help in formation of a blood clot. The clot seals the wound in the blood vessel and prevents blood loss. But if all the blood platelets are removed from blood, blood will not clot and there will be a lot of blood loss.It may even lead to the death of the person

Do platelets form a sticky clot when a blood vessel is cut?
What is the role of a platelet?
Platelets help your blood to clot. The blood is composed of 4 main things: white blood cells, red blood cells, blood platelets and the straw coloured fluid that they float in, called plasma. The function of blood platelets is to form a clot (scab) over the area that was cut, so that the blood doesn't keep oozing out of the cut. Blood platelets form clots.
