Jehovah's Witnesses as a religious organization trains all its members to visit people in their homes. The focus of our house-to-house ministry is to help people learn Jehovah's ways of peace. People receive one-on-one help in learning Jehovah's righteous standards. This includes how to get along with other people; how to resolve problems between people. We teach others what 'love' is really all about, from a Bible's standpoint. In fact, Jehovah's Witnesses are known for having overcome racial, social, and economic prejudices. We teach people about 'learning war - no more'.

We've come so far, that when we meet people who've lost loved ones in war; we can assure them that it was none of Jehovah's Witnesses who dropped the bomb or fired the bullet. It could have been one of their own religious brothers who fired the bullet that killed their loved one. Because in the World Wars, Catholics killed Catholics, Lutherans killed Lutherans; Baptists killed Baptists; etc etc. In other conflicts, Buddhists killed Buddhists, etc. Only Jehovah's Witness as a religious group come off with a clean slate.

Unlike other religious governing bodies, we have a governing body that has accomplished the impossible in this war-infested world. We have already accomplished PEACE among ourselves, and towards other people. Of course we realize that it's only been with Jehovah's blessing.
